Improvement Description

Generally, routing in wflow is done at a much higher temporal resolution than the model timestep. The option to save routing variables at a higher temporal resolution would be very useful for flooding studies (e.g. timing and magnitude of discharge peaks), including the maximum value during the model timestep.
