Improvement Description

In SBM the open water evaporation is controlled by waterfrac and riverfrac (both have a constant value per grid cell), and the amount of water available (depth) in the routing component (land and river). An improvement is to support dynamic open water evaporation.

Implementation Description

This could be supported in the SBM concept or in the different routing concepts, needs refinement.
