Deep groundwater concept

The standard soil column of the vertical SBM concept extends to 2.0 m based on SoilGrids data. For the coupling with an external groundwater model and extraction of groundwater (issue https://github.com/Deltares/Wflow.jl/issues/223) the addition of a deep groundwater concept is required.

The implementation can be based on approaches (also for groundwater parameters) that are for example used by: Fan et al. (2007), Miguez-Macho, G., and Y. Fan (2012).
