About the PR

Removed the 1u limit on Syringes.

Why / Balance

QoL. Syringes already suck to use but pressing Alt-Z and going from 1u to 15u to 1u isn't helpful. Removing 1u allows alt-Z to go back to easily creating mixes in your syringes.
