remove species locks in uplink store

About the PR

remove species whitelist from: kanabou, samurai armor, larynx implant

Why / Balance

larynx implant 2tc because voicemask is 1tc

Changelog :cl:

  • tweak: Larynx Implants are now purchaseable in the uplink for all species
  • tweak: Kanabou are now purchaseable in the uplink for all species
  • tweak: Samurai armors are now purchaseable in the uplink for all species

I wouldn't really consider this racism, its more so developed for a certain species, the samurai/kanabo for example would be cultural, while the larynx would be built for harpies

larynx implant is coded to only work for harpies, you should prolly replace it with the free implant nukies get instead (unless if it was changed to be that idk im stupid)

Replace the harpy's product with the generic one given to nukies. The harpy one requires a component that only harpies have.

And then edit the uplink-bionic-syrinx-implanter-desc in Resources/Locale/en-US/_DV/store/uplink/implants.ftl to not specify harpies. Probably should update the name too (uplink-bionic-syrinx-implanter-name).

Why.. have the item exist then? Its just a bionic voice mask, so why not just buy a bionic voice mask?

Exactly, so what's the point of having both. One was supposed to be species dependent, if your just going to have both, delete one

We will. It just doesn't make sense to make this PR wait another week. Removing an extra item that isn't obtainable can be done later.
