fix errors in SOP and space law in wiki, again
About the PR
changed animal cruelty law to "To inflict unnecessary suffering on a Pet with malicious intent", instead of sapient. Sapient would mean entities technically, which is a can of worms i don't want to open
also fix some typo's

change kidnapping from entity to employee
don't think it's a good thing, i imagine a scenario where:
- board chefs visitor's undocked shuttle as salvager
- tie up said chef and bring them to the station for no reason (they didn't do anything wrong)
- not illegal because they're not considered an employee (they never requested permission to be here)
it's a worst case scenario but y'know
