A similar change was already direction denied with https://github.com/DeltaV-Station/Delta-v/pull/3947. I don't care. The FG13 is the most comedically horrendous weapon on the uplink right now, and is practically unable to kill anything. It's a meme weapon, and you can't help but pity the poor syndie trying to kill you with it, since they are clearly learning a hard lesson. It's a laughing stock.
The FG13 has the same TC cost as the Akurra, C20, and Bulldog, but is less useful then a 3TC Viper in practicality. It's bad. It's really bad.
This change increases its damage slightly, triples its fire-stack accumulation, slightly increases its projectile speed, and somewhat decreases its fuel capacity. With these changes, it can actually maybe kill something. Maybe.
plus it's instantly thwarted by a water bottle. or walking away. or spacing. or by taking away all the fuel tanks in maints because that's the only way you can refill it

re-commented that other PR's changes to fireCost/maxVol(kinda) since they were in a non-DV namespace without DV comments for some reason

ah yes, finally... the flamethrower can do what a flamethrower does. It's peak I'm afraid. Please, this gun needs touching up so bad right now dude it's literally useless outside of intentionally trying to throw as a traitor/lone op 🥹
Irrelevant test fail. Merging master in should fix that issue (which I just did). Don't forget to pull down updates before you make commits.
