About the PR
Readds syndicat reinforcement uplink in two version. One with a C4 bundle (5 TC) and one without (2 TC).
Why / Balance
People wanted to add them back with a few tweaks! Taking the concerns about the explosion as well as the issue with security RP - the idea of the bomb being separated from the cat itself felt like the best compromise. Design Document
Technical details
- Revived old syndicat code to be use as the pointless reinforcement.
- Added filled box component for C4 bundle uplink listing component.
- Tweak TC values and added new sprites!
- C4 now CatWearable (Every cat with a head slot can have a C4 - I can change it to only be for syndicat if asked!)

CI fails are real
I've been silently trying to slam my head until something works. I don't know how to fix the issue, it seems like there's a missing onusetimertrigger component in the plastic.yml file. I changed it to timertrigger but it still doesn't work. sobs

The reported problem is that there is no such thing as OnUseTimerTriggerComponent, but it's used on the SeismicCharge prototype

No problem! The rule of thumb is basically, "If you can make new inherited entities or namespace things, do that instead."
