Description

Holofan projectors kill skia by existing because the stored holofans are leaking nonexistant light out that kills them.

Reproduction Place a skia in darkness, place a holofan projector next to skia, watch the skia die for no reason.

Needs testing but #4734 will likely fix this bug.
