IPC inability to have augments work.
Description
I recently learned there's been a longstanding bug that IPCs cannot have augments, to the point that the IPC I attempted to give one to requested it removed again to be given to someone who could use it.
Reproduction Perform surgery and insert presumably any augment into any slot on an IPC, it will not work for them. Tested were the augment battery charger and the surgery arm.
Power cell slots and chargers are blacklisted from IPCs but augments that require power aren't. I assume the ideal fix would be to have them draw from their normal battery?
