I am updating the previous Xenoarch merge from upstream to incorporate the Epistemics Glimmer system into the artifacts and the UI
Why / Balance
This will now fully interact with the glimmer system like our previous version of artifacts. Increasing the glimmer based on the amount of research points, as well as increasing the amount of research when glimmer is high, just like the previous system did.
Technical details
I edited the artifact analyzer files for when they manage the point totals, calculating the new values and adding glimmer to the server, as well as passing the glimmer value down to the client that has the UI for the analyzer open to get live numbers for glimmer, and the multiplier value.

Is the majority of this content coming from Upstream? Just so we know for editing upstream files

Yes I plan to implement these, I have been traveling this last week and hope to get this done this upcoming week when I find some time
