IPC healthbars do now show up on either Medical HUDs or robotics Diagnostic HUDs

Description

IPCs currently do not have a visible healthbar for either the Medical HUD or the robotics Diagnostic HUD. I am not sure which one would be more appropriate, but it should definitely be visible in one or the other.

I think we'd just want it on the diagnostic HUD, since they are silicons.

I'm pretty sure this isn't an issue anymore, IPC health is shown on diagnostic HUD

Yeah this has been resolved. IPC health shows up properly on the diagnostic HUD.

Pretty sure IPC health bars don't show up on the agent visor though, which they should.

Ill just hijack this for that.
