About the PR

This PR adds a few things, namely

• Allows the purchase of the Hydra launcher, a 6 cylinder grenade launcher designed for Cleanade rounds, along with the ammo for it.
• Gives Jani-borgs their own version in the advanced cleaning module

Fun item from upstream that hasn't seen the light of day, gives janitors somehting to beg their bosses for
