Reproduction

  1. Infect Urist with an anomaly.
  2. Carry Urist.
  3. Yeet Urist.
  4. Urist can't move anymore.

Additional context It's really annoying, currently the only way to fix players is by respawning them.

actual cause exists upstream i think it happens with disposals too, its just much easier to reproduce it with carrying
