Kitsune don't drop things in their hands when transforming

Description

Kitsune do not drop things in their hands when they transfer. Additionally, their fox form suffers no slow down effects despite whatever slowdown effects they had while in human form. This means that someone can walk around with the beam devastator in fox form, with no slow down, and transform whenever they want to use it. Reproduction

1. Be Kitsune
2. Hold beam devastator or something else that causes slow down
3. Transform into a fox
4. Boom! No slow down penalty! Screenshots
