Delta-v Soap does not remove DNA from implanters

Description

Cleaning the evidence off of an implanter does not remove the most important evidence, your DNA

Reproduction 1- Be syndie 2- Buy an implant 3- Soap and hide it 4- Someone finds and scans it 5- Cry as its linked back to you even though you cleaned it

Additional context Makes it very hard for antags to hide the fact they have implants when you cant clean it off and dispose of it properly

Isn't that intended? I always thought the soap is only for prints not DNA. Making you think on how to actually dispose of it without people finding it.

I always thought soap was for All evidence and not just fingerprints.

Far as I know soap is meant to remove every scrap of evidence of of a used implanter.

It actually removes all the evidence, huh. But I couldn't reproduce the bug on a dev env.

Only affects aghosts cause no doafter probably.
