The CentCom map encourages EORG
Description
The EORG has been an issue for a while, and recently there was a rule change, strictening the rules regarding it. However, the CentCom map, inherited from the upstream, is itself not very conducive to RP. You have a huge empty arena with literally nothing to do, which then moves into a sec/medical checkpoint, and then into the locked CentCom bridge.
While medical is somewhat useful mechanically, none of the other parts help with people just chilling. It takes you the same amount of time to get to the station's bar as to the armory. Even worse, newer players might not know where the bar is at all! So of course people will try to break and break in, the map makes the other options too boring and puts the opportunities for grief right in front of you!
IIRC, some Russian servers had a different CentCom area, where a smaller arrivals space leads into a large social area, with tables, food, drinks, instruments, other doodads. The rest of the station is behind that, but many people just go with the flow and stay in the common space.
