Links in various README.md files are broken or not updated

These links will eventually get updated, but I just haven't had the time to compile the demos and link them yet. I'm hoping that the build scripts in the forward ports will make the compiled kernel demos mostly unneeded. I may to need to eventually look into making it possible to run installers not only for distributions other than Debian, but also updated version of Debian as the latest publicly available ones for Wii consoles only currently support Lenny and Squeeze. I'll close this issue at a future date when most of the README.md files have been updated.
