Re rendering of Boxes

Boxes can now be "re rendered" by aligning them to the top of the terminal

Hi, thanks for this PR! I would like to know the need to implement this so that I can consider this for https://github.com/Delta456/box-cli-maker/issues/26

I'm trying to create a timer-like CLI app. The timer needs to update the displayed time in the same box without creating a new box below the previous one. Something like TimeUp

I think I will merge this PR atm then use your code for the upcoming v3 release :smile:
