Display comments & self posts on screen

Self posts are now also displayed as an image

Reworked the comments:

• You now see the comments on screen and can navigate between them (next/previous/child/parent)
• To comment on a post, drop a book in the hopper while showing the post on the screen.
• To reply to a comment, drop a book in the hopper while showing the comment on the screen.

Remarks: Had to increase the minimum room width to be able to place the "controls" for the comments.
