My pc cpu goes 100% when loading the game.

When i load up the game my pc cpu goes to a 100%

Is my pc too weak? Please tell me before i retry

specs:

Processeur

    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz
  

     16 ram


Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

i have the same specs but i have a better gpu so maybe its the gpu so that might be it or it might just be that you dont have much ram allocated to mc

That is just Minecraft being Minecraft, that's why performance mods exist. I recommend the Fabulously Optimized modpack. Very massive fps increases, as well as not making Minecraft shoot for the stars in CPU usage.
