no Basic Operations bookmark in index.md

at docs/Index.md the link near the top that says "Basic Operations" points to https://github.com/DelphiWorlds/DeviceLens/blob/master/Docs/Index.md#basic-operations which doesn't seem to have a basic-operations bookmark (or GitHub is eating it up at markdown preview mode)
