Add support for 0x1c38302364 boolean

The 0x1c38302364 boolean in ui_series_db.prc is what determines if a custom series is referred to as "[game] Series" or just "[game]". For example, with the boolean checked, one would get "Persona Series" in the Sound Test and other relevant areas, but without it, one would just get "Persona".

It's simple enough to check this box on your own with a prc editor, but I figured it might be useful for Sm5shMusic to have the functionality to have it checked on its own in the GUI.

Series is still a work in progress as there's at least a couple more UI screens that needs to be done (order + auto mapping for it).

I am planning on adding this field but I'm trying to hack the hash value first to avoid some annoying issues in the future with the metadata.
