[Please don't merge] New potential features in analyser

Please don't merge!!!!, this is a bunch of new features that could be added to analyser classes. I'm putting them all here in one drop because I don't have time to do anything with them just yet and many would break all the teaching notebooks.

If anyone would like to clean these up and add them feel free.

GUI:

• One potential way to display multiple datasets

Analyser:

• Some help pickling results
• class method from pickle
• network setter and getter
• potential methods for storing all results
• unique names for different grids
• sometimes you need grad for enocoding method to allow that
