On the PR https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/pull/65317, this comment by the bot refers to a different package that is not the one affected by the PR.

This is an old issue, but dangerbot isn't a part of the mergebot. https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/blob/master/dangerfile.ts posts the comment, and those suggestions actually come from https://github.com/microsoft/DefinitelyTyped-tools and this problem (if it's still happening, would have to be reported there).
