Attempting to start a site on Android when another site is running breaks UI connection

  1. Start a site.
  2. Navigate to another site and attempt to start it.
  3. Receive an error that Nebula is already running.
  4. Go back to the first site and try to stop it.
  5. The VPN process stops, but the UI doesn't reflect the change. <-- BUG
  6. Pull to refresh: the UI updates.

In iOS, it's possible to start another site, and the first one disconnects automatically.

What is the desired behavior here?
