When note is added to findings send notification (alert)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe When a note is added there is no notification returning to the tester.

Describe the solution you'd like When note is added, a notification should return to the testers such as "Peer Review" functionality.

Describe alternatives you've considered Implement "Peer Review" function when inside an issue instead of having the option only when looking at the Product.

Unless you mean a notification for a note being added to a finding which I don't believe exists today

Yes I think that a notification should be implemented when a note has been added (similar to "Peer Review")
