Invitation limit is not set

We user create account in free plan default invitation_limit user attribute is set to nil. It should be set 5 for free plan

Hey, it's something we deliberately never implemented, no one pays for Hours right now, but we thought it would be nice if we could check if people would sign up for a paid plan.

I'm not sure if it's worth to work on it, since I don't think we plan on accepting payments right now. Is It something you need yourself?
