Add new option for only All Traffic in "Enterprise Features"

Analogically as the only "Predefined traffic" (disable all traffic) we need an option: Enable only route All traffic (I info w infoboxie (i) When this option is enabled the Predefined traffic option is disabled and only All traffic is available)
