Display info about expired license

Current license info lacks information when the agreement expires. Right now on dev we have License valid: XXXX which indicates that it's valid - but when I looked closer to date - its not valid - and actually openid modules are not available...

We need to state visually it's invalid (expired) + on the tabs we need to add "License expired" also.
