Global MFA requirement

In the setting add an option for MFA

  • Globally required or Defined by the user.
  • Add a description/help explaining that if MFA is required globally then all users will be forced to enable (if they don't have it enabled) during the next login to defguard (itself or by OpenID login to any system).
