Device Posture Check for client and system version

Implement initial Device Policy Postures, that will not allow to connect Desktop/Mobile client if:

• [ ] Version of the Defguard Client is < or <= od wersji X (using our version exchange mechanism)
• [ ] macOS version is < or <= then X
• [ ] Windows version is < or <= then X
• [ ] Linux Desktop client is not using Ubuntu/Debian/Fedora/ArchLinux < or <= X
• [ ] iOS < or <= X
• [ ] Android < or <= X
