Support multiple SSO/IdPs

Some of our clients use multiple SSOs. We should support multiple SSOs at once.

@teon . One important point. We enabled the "Directory synchronization" today with the external SSO and noticed that Users not created from the SSO where automatically disabled (parameter "Disable" for user behavior. This is a bug I suppose since the deactivation should only be triggered for users created from the SSO.

I will separate this point on an issue, but still for this issue #1603 I think it's important to mention that the synchronization should impact ONLY users associated to the specific SSO being synced.
