Display enrollment page & send enrollment email after successful enrollment on proxy via external SSO.

Right now we display enrollment message on proxy/client only during the enrollment process. But if the user does enrollment via external SSO it's not displayed.

• [ ] I propose to detect in the desktop client that it's actually not just adding the instance - but actually enrollment (we can mark the token it's enrollment) and display the enrollment message in the client after external SSO configuration.
