On Core - we should decide how we should implement DNS filtering feature (in ACLs) and cache and ACL updates.

• [ ] DNS Cache should be persistant (in DB).
• [ ] DNS server for the location rules should be from the location DNS entry

TBD - if DNS rules should be in core or GW.
