Access to alternative translations

We need access to alternative translations. The 2nd word I translated ("goodbye" from English to Italian) came back with the more rarely used "addio" vs the common (and expected) "arrivederci". Not being able to see alternatives and choose will severely limit my ability to use (and pay for) the DeepL API.

I can see this idea was rejected in #11 (I assume because DeepL considers this a "secret sauce" feature for its own tool), but the service isn't really useful if it provides bad translations.
