Fix db server port search for all-in-one devices

As Kevin pointed out on Zulip, the logic for searching for database server ports predates our support of all-in-one devices like the XDJ-XZ and AZ, and will hammer the device multiple times asking for the port. This should be smarter and consolidate the tracking by IP address.
