cmd/trayscale: rework peer list UI

The current list of peers simply displays a small piece of text to identify and give information about each. This is not ideal. What I'd prefer is something that shows more information about each peer in a clearer way. For example, take the list of apps in Flatseal:

In Trayscale, what I'd like to see is an icon to indicate if an peer is the local machine or, if not, online or offline, then the name of the peer prominent at the top with info such as exit node status shown underneath.
