Tray icons lack padding so they appear larger than the average tray icons

The tray icons lack padding so they appear larger than the average tray icons, as you can see from the screenshot below.

Squares in particular can appear quite large next to other icons if they're not scaled down, I would expect the size of the square to match the network icons in the screenshot but it looks almost twice as big.

Would you be interested in a PR to address this?

If yes I was thinking either scaling down the existing icon or use a similar style to the ones on Windows (like below)?

Huh. It's not really something that I'd ever particularly noticed before, though now I will. If it bothers you, feel free to send a pull request to put it more in line with regular icons.
