Opening the application window toggles multiple tailnet swithing randomly

This is a weird and annoying bug. Once the app window gets opened (when starting the app or afterwards clicking the "Show" in tray), the tailnet selector goes into a loop for a random amount of time and lands on one of the tailnets in random and switches to that (if tailnet was up before).
