Yes, for example:

$R = 1 iff a_R + b_RZ > u_R$ $Y =1 iff a_Y + b_YZ > u_Y$ $(u_R, u_Y) ~ N(0, \Sigma)$ maybe nicer to write as probabilities and conditional probabilities?
