Can't decrease system UI slider

The second slider controlling UI sounds on the decky plugin interface can't be decreased.

Pressing 'A' to adjust it allows me to increase the volume but not decrease it, pressing the left stick/left d-pad to the left just causes the cursor to come out of decky and back onto the quick access menu.

This issue is not present on the overall sound volume slider (1st slider).

No packs are loaded.
