Mines should do more damage

Newbies seem to like mines, they are one of the easier weapons in the game to use, and currently, with 5 meds, a player can easily tank over mines. This is the first change I would wish to be undone, put the mines damage back up to around 50%"

Mines were reduced in damage for an important reason - reduce deaths.

We want to keep people in the action. When you die, you respawn, need to restock your inventory, it's boring. Making mines less damaging keeps people alive longer. More time in the action, less time respawning. More time dueling, less time traveling between cities. Less deaths also means more time for teamwork, bringing players meds, running back to base to reload, etc...

Another reason is to make the game more newbie friendly. Newbies don't shoot for mines. Mines kill newbies ASAP. It sucks. It's enough trouble for them to finally find a city to attack, then once they get there, they die instantly on an invisible object. Weaker mines mean they have a second chance, maybe even time to figure out how to use the med in their inventory.

Add "newbie tip" message to screen when player dies from a mine:

"You were destroyed by a mine. Next time, try clearing the path with your laser!"
