Black box / Resolution Bug

Perhaps we could think of something pretty to put there, perhaps the little image of help on the login screen background? The whole; 'U' to pick up items 'Shift' To shoot!

Wouldn't be a bad thing to have down there would it?

Depending on a users screen resolution, parts of the Battle City menu are empty. The graphics don't re-size gracefully with the resolution creating a "black empty box" in the bottom right-hand corner.

The images need to shrink/expand with the resolution to fill up the space appropriately.
