Add a mini health bar next to tanks

Add a mini health bar next to everyone's tank. Something very frustrating newbies experience when playing BC is unsuccessfully trying to kill other people and saying things like "I hit you like 15 times".

All experienced players know dueling takes a lot more skill and that you have to aim a little further away from where they are on your screen to hit them.

If we had mini health bars, we could see when we hit the enemies and vice versa. It would help everyone learn to become better duelers and we could all make fun of the defenders who carry 2 meds.

I think this is a great idea. But maybe make them optional, and a way of telling if a player has them on or off. Or even better, add a button that shows their health for a limited time, OR even BETTER, expand this onto the Cloak item, maybe change it to a stealth item, not only cloaks yourself, but also shows enemy HP! The reason I think it should be optional, is not only due to frame rate, also because of more intense battles where you're having a good fight against a skilled opponent, you can both turn hp-bars off to make things more interesting and harder.
