Make it possible to create & import snapshots

What it's the actual situation on ARA ? Currently it's not possible to create and import project configuration from GUI in ARA.

Describe the solution you'd like The idea would be to be able to add this functionality directly from the ARA interface through the project management part.

1. Creation of a snapshot:

• Have the possibility to make a copy of project configuration & cartography

2. Import a snapshot: Have an import function to upload your snapshot and reset the saved settings.
