Delete a project

What it's the actual situation on ARA ? In the "manage projects list" page (your-ara-server/#/management/projects), once a project is added, it can't be deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like The possibility to delete a project, if the connected user has enough access rights (this feature requires #19).
