Move "Manage project" option

What it's the actual situation on ARA ? To manage a specific project, we need to choose this option from the select in the top left (see capture below). Except for the Manage project, the select options are not related to any specific project.

Describe the solution you'd like Adding the option on top (next to SCENARIOS for instance) would be more intuitive, since it is related to the current project.
