Random white flash/beam on screen

So this issue doesn't happen often but it happens randomly whenever I move. I am using the latest version of SRP + using these optional plugins -Alt. ballistics -Float32 SSAO patch -LUAjit library -smaller crosshairs -user config ltx patch -Feasible stealth -no enemy map blips -No intro + sleeping bag -restored pistol sights -smaller inventory
