Move the Escape level_changer a little

By default when you go from Garbage to Escape via Receiving Blockpost, you end up here. If this point is occupied by any hostile faction, you immediately get shot in your face and it's very hard not to die in this situation.

I suggest moving it a little so that you spawn behind a wall near the doorway to Garbage, if possible.
